Most chronic symptoms are mind-body syndromes.

They’re created and sustained by a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight. When your system feels unsafe, symptoms persist. When it feels safe, healing becomes possible.

This Course Is for Those Ready to Address the Real Root Cause — Not Just Manage Symptoms

You’ve likely been told your “root cause” is:

  • Gut imbalances
  • Hormone issues
  • SIBO, Lyme, parasites, mold
  • Heavy metals
  • Structural damage or bulging discs

And you’ve probably worked hard to fix them.

Protocols. Supplements. Diet changes. Functional testing. Specialists.

And yet… you’re still not fully well.

Because those weren’t the root.

They were downstream effects of a nervous system stuck in survival.

That’s what I call The Root Cause Illusion™.

When your brain and body remain in fight-or-flight, symptoms persist — even when labs improve.
Constantly searching for what’s “wrong” keeps the brain in threat.

And a brain in threat cannot heal.

Inside this series, you’ll learn how to:

  • Calm your nervous system and signal safety
  • Stop feeding the cycle that fuels symptoms
  • Restore regulation so your body can resolve symptoms naturally

You don’t need another protocol. You need a regulated nervous system.

This is where healing begins.

Real Stories. Real Relief.

Kate, you are truly changing lives. I feel like I am in the middle of a breakthrough right now. I am finally doing better at not fearing my symptoms when they pop up and understanding the cycle. I am not perfect, but it is already transforming my thinking and nervous system.

I have gone days without symptoms. I have noticed that I will have one symptom one day, and a different symptom a few hours later, and I am able to make the connection that it is mind-body. My biggest fear has been an autoimmune disorder, and now I feel like, "Eh, whatever, I will work through it if it happens."

I am just thankful for you and your work, because now I know that my symptoms are mind-body — and if something were to happen to me that might not be mind-body, at least I have a toolkit to get through it.

Thank you for giving people like me an opportunity at things I would never find anywhere else. The knowledge you are sharing is worth more than money could buy.

When I first saw Kate's Instagram reels, I was skeptical of the message she was aiming to get across. I thought, "What does she mean that all of the supplements, clean eating, exercise I was doing — all of the money, time, and energy I had spent — might not be helping me?"

I had spent the last 15 years living under what I had understood to be diagnoses of Hashimoto's, PCOS, psoriasis, anxiety, and depression, while experiencing hair loss, stubborn belly fat, insulin resistance, hormonal dysregulation — it goes on and on. Clearly, I was still suffering and looking for more "answers."

I ended up joining her program, and after letting her content absorb for about 6 months, I couldn't look back. This was exactly what I had been missing. It all started to make sense, and guess what? I don't experience most of these symptoms anymore, and the tools and techniques taught are outstanding.

Kate has been one of the most influential people in my health journey — and this comes from someone who has seen countless doctors, specialists, endocrinologists, therapists, etc. Please consider her if you are feeling helpless on your journey too. Thank you, Kate.

I started having hip and lower back pain. I had a few preliminary tests to rule out anything major, and decided I didn't want to go down a rabbit hole of tests and procedures to figure out what was going on. A few months later, I started following Kate and learning lots of information.

Eventually, I decided to join the program. I was overwhelmed at first, but kept listening to and reading all the wonderful resources. I had previously stopped working out at the Y because of the pain I was experiencing. I also found a lot of improvement overall with the breathwork exercises.

I continued to have pain for a good while, but it was much more manageable and not as limiting. Then we were taught a technique called spreading. My pain completely went away. When it returns, I repeat that technique, or sometimes I'm able to just think away the pain. It is amazing.

I kept hearing it would take time and perseverance learning and working on the nervous system, and taking care of the body — and it would happen. It definitely happened. I'm excited to keep learning, especially when it comes to dealing with hormones.

Kate, this program has been pivotal in my body and mind healing from virtually a lifetime of pain. When I started, I was at my lowest point physically, and thus emotionally as well. I've been very active in my life, and I had to completely stop everything I was doing.

My neck and shoulders had brought me to a full stop. I couldn't even turn my head to check my blind spot while driving, or pull clothes out of the dryer without neck pain.

I started journaling and meditating. I started talking nicely to myself. I stopped pushing to be perfect and figure everything out.

I am ecstatic to report that I've made a full recovery. I went from doing every outdoor sport and gym workout to sitting in my chair and meditating because I could do nothing else. Now I'm back at the gym almost daily, playing pickleball, lifting weights, mountain biking, hiking, and loving life. I still have some pain that tries to scare me, and it's been traveling around my body trying to find a new home, but it's not been very successful. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. You are changing lives. I feel like a new person inside and out.

Before this program, I paid for three other mind-body programs, all pricier than this one. I learned a lot, but mostly on an intellectual level, and each one felt rigid. There was a checklist to do every day in order to "heal" — meditating, journaling, brain rewiring, vagal toning — and it felt like healing was a full-time job. All those action items just created more fear and more focus on fixing, which kept me from healing.

Kate's approach differs because these things are not a checklist. They can be caring, loving practices, but true healing comes from releasing the need to fix or do things perfectly. I rarely do the "checklist items" now. I maybe meditate once a week. I simply started living, and stopped being scared of my symptoms and the things I thought triggered them.

I've overcome debilitating rheumatoid arthritis, MCAS, food sensitivities, fatigue, brain fog, and nerve pain. I couldn't work as a bench jeweler because my hands were so swollen. Now I run, hike, lift weights, and I'm back at my job. At one point I was eating ten foods total. Now I can eat pretty much everything.

As Kate says: I finally healed when I stopped trying to heal.

— Kristin

I developed chronic symptoms six years ago, after postpartum trauma and a chronic infection. I never understood the connection between the mind and the body. For six years my symptoms took over my life — chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, goiter, adrenal fatigue, debilitating gut issues, extreme food sensitivity, long COVID, headaches, dizziness, neck pain — all while raising two beautiful boys. Every day I felt like I was drowning, but I kept plowing forward, rarely letting anyone know I was having a hard time.

When I watched your IG live, I ended up on my kitchen floor sobbing. It was like you shared my story. I told my husband this program was something I had to do, and the cost would be worth it because I was already spending $250 a week on therapy and chiropractors.

The first week felt overwhelming, becoming aware of so many internal things that needed work. But I found so much peace after the first live, reminding myself this is a process. Slowly I feel like I am getting my life back. I've had many symptom-free days, and when symptoms do come, I'm not scared of them anymore. I feel less frantic. I can breathe. And most importantly, I feel free to rest. I am safe to feel my emotions, and I am safe to rest.

— Mind-Body Student

Kate, I just wanted to leave a comment of encouragement. I know many of us share a similar story — years of trying to fix everything, only to feel myself slipping farther into being unwell. I've had countless symptoms including chronic pain, severe anxiety, and insomnia. I was skeptical, but like many of us, willing to try just about anything to feel better.

Not fixing and allowing has been six months of some of the hardest work I have done, but every minute was so worth the effort and discomfort. I sleep through the night now. I have no anxiety, and most of my symptoms are completely gone. Those that remain are tolerable and improving, and I feel better than I have in years.

It happened gradually, so gradually that I didn't realize it for a period of time, mostly because I wasn't scanning my body constantly. I used to be so sure I was accepting of the way I felt. Now I know it's a totally different level of acceptance. I learned feeling awful didn't mean I was in danger.

So please don't give up on yourselves. Life after a dysregulated nervous system is living, not just surviving. The difference is definitely worth working toward.

— Mind-Body Student

Kate, I can't thank you enough for this program. A new me has unfolded in ways I never thought possible. I can say without a doubt my life is forever changed because of the invaluable information you've shared with us.

I came into this program feeling broken in so many ways. I spent thousands of dollars seeing a chiropractor this past year for my back, sciatica, and knee pain, only to get little to no relief. Within the first two weeks, I noticed my knee pain was 90% better, and the back pain and sciatica were completely gone.

I've also had claustrophobia for decades, and it kept me from being able to fly. By week three, I felt confident enough in everything I had learned to book a flight. That has been one of my biggest goals to conquer, and I couldn't be more excited to start enjoying vacations again.

The confidence I've gained in this short timeframe is nothing short of a miracle. My husband has noticed too, and he thanks you as well. I want everyone to know that they too can heal their chronic pain by learning how to regulate their nervous systems.

MY BATTLE WITH CHRONIC
HEALTH ISSUES

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF & MY APPROACH…

After living with more than 20 chronic symptoms — including multiple health issues, weight-loss resistance, adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalances, chronic pain, thyroid problems, gut issues, blood sugar problems, and more — I know exactly how it feels to try everything and still not feel better.

For over 10 years, I wrestled with symptoms that wouldn’t resolve. I did the protocols. I followed the plans. I searched for answers. And despite doing “all the right things,” I stayed stuck.

Everything shifted when my nervous system finally felt safe.

Not because I found the perfect supplement or test — but because I stopped trying to fix my body and started regulating it.

That experience changed the direction of my life and my work.

My name is Kate. I’m a holistic personal trainer, health coach, kinesiologist, and the founder of Life with Kate. Today, I work with women around the world to help them heal from chronic health issues by addressing what’s actually driving them — a dysregulated nervous system.

I believe we are most equipped to help the person we once were.

My journey inspired The Root Cause Illusion™ Method — the heart of the Mind Body Series. Inside, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, release the fixing mindset, and create the internal safety your body has been asking for all along.

Real Students. Real Relief.
